📦 When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 6-10 working days, depending on the product and shipping region.
As we work with international partners for direct shipping, some products may arrive in partial deliveries.
🔍 Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available). You can check the status online at any time.
💳 What payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following payment methods:

♻️ How do returns work?
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

🧾 Will I receive an invoice?
Yes – the invoice will be sent to you automatically by email after the order is completed or shipped.
🛠 What do I do if a product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt – preferably with a photo of the damage:

🌍 Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the EU. Delivery outside Europe or to parcel pick-up stations is not currently possible.
